ここのお料理は美味しいです。そして料理がひとつひとつ丁寧なのです。
いつもオーダーするのは、フンギ（マッシュルーム）のスープ。まろやかで優しい風味がお気に入りです。接写に耐えるほど見た目が美しいのも素晴しいですね。料理は見た目が大切と言いますが、まさにそう思える一品です。
パスタはオーソドックスなメニューから、日替わりのアイディア・メニューまで取り揃っています。ソースや具材によってパスタの種類を変えてありますが、すべてアルデンテに仕上がっていてとても美味しいです。
リゾットもお気に入りなので毎回オーダーします。絶妙なところでお米の芯を残す仕上がりにはいつも感心してしまいます。
