I went to "Il Cuore" in Hanamaki City for lunch. There are many Italian Cuisine restaurants in Hanamaki. Il Cuore in particular felt like a long-established Italian Cuisine restaurant. There is a small eaves-like roof over the counter seats, which is very cute. I chose the lunch course from the "Today's Lunch Menu" which comes with pasta, meat or fish, and dessert. Since I came all the way there, I always choose a greedy menu because I want to eat a lot of things. [Lunch Course] ① 4 types of appetizers A luxurious assortment of 4 types. ・Red sea bream carpaccio: The red sea bream is soft and goes perfectly with the sauce. ・Salt koji chicken: The salt koji chicken is soft and has just the right amount of salt due to the effect of salt koji. ・Gazpacho: It's good for summer. It's nice that it has a little anchovy in it. ・Egg and dill canape: A reassuring canape. I like that it has dill in it. ② Pasta: Clams, cabbage, and mushrooms in basil cream sauce Beautiful green pasta. Basil cream. Basil and cream go well together. The aroma of basil and the gentle cream are a great combination. There were large clams and plenty of mushrooms. The mushrooms were delicious. They felt fresh. They were like mushrooms that you can eat raw without cooking them too much. ③ Main: Roast beef with red miso and balsamic sauce I chose meat for the main. The roast beef was quite rare. The red meat was juicy and healthy. The sauce contained red miso, so it would go well with rice. There were also various warm vegetables on the side. ④ Soup: Egg soup The soup is a Western-style egg drop soup. It is a gentle soup with a soft egg drop in the vegetable broth. ⑤ Salad: Green salad Fresh vegetables with French cuisine dressing. There was a photo of a farmer in Hanamaki at the entrance of the restaurant, so the vegetables were fresh and locally grown. ⑥ Dessert: Blueberry and white chocolate mousse and cheesecake The blueberry and white chocolate mousse had four layers. From the top, it was blueberry jelly, white chocolate mousse, blueberry mousse, and cookie dough. The smoothness of the jelly part and the softness of the mousse. The strong iced tea went well with the sweet cake. The cheesecake was also smooth and just the right amount of sweet. ⑦ Drink: Iced tea There were many types of drinks to choose from. I chose iced tea, thinking that it would go well with the cake, so I thought I would choose coffee or tea. I liked the strong iced tea. There was also a wide variety of herbal teas, and I was also intrigued by the grapefruit tiser. It was a rather luxurious lunch course.
