白金豚の丼を食べさせるお店として教えてもらったこちらへ。昼過ぎに伺いましたが、お店が入った建物の目の前には駐車場がありません。道路向かいに駐車場ありますが、ほぼ満車です。時間によっては注意が必要ですね。
奥の方に無事に停められたので、入り口のメニュー板を見てから入店、中二階のような店内は、結構な席数がありそうです。キビキビとした店員さんに早速席にご案内いただき、ランチのひとつ、
白金豚味噌漬け焼き丼 990円
を注文、程なく着丼。味噌汁等がついています。
豚バラをあっさりと味噌漬けにしたようで、カット面も鮮やかにぷりっとした食感ながら、口中でとろける絶妙な漬け具合。決して強くない塩味で、脂の旨みで食べさせる仕立てですね。
メニューが豊富で地元の方々が思い思いの昼食を摂られていて、時間の流れがゆっくりと感じられました。
