ツレと共に花巻でお昼です。マルカンのそばに
銀河タウンという病院、事務所、店舗群にある
源喜屋に。居酒屋さんのランチを。
店の入口から階段を登る。広々した店内で
ボックス席多数。程よい空間に落ち着く感じ。
店員さんはテキパキと手際良くお冷やを運び
オーダー取って行く。
メニューのトップに 白金豚のトンカツ定食
ローストポーク丼をオーダー。さして待たず
到着しました。
トンカツは思ってた以上に大きく、キャベツは
シャキシャキしててソースが合う。
ベジファーストには適当なボリュームです。
さて、トンカツ。肉が厚い。脂身がシッカリ
ある。赤身は柔らかく箸でも切れるようだ。
こういうトンカツは、塩と辛子で頂く。
衣がザックリしてて、良い上がり具合で、
肉の厚みを引き立てる。旨さ柔らかさはさすが
白金豚なのだと実感です。
しかも、トンカツ屋さんでもこれだけのカツが
出てこないです。チェーン店など遥かに凌ぐ
ものです。値段以上の質（美味しさ）です。
ご飯との食べ合わせで、トンカツが2切れ残る。
（私はトンカツの両端をワザと残す）
脂身が残る事の多い箸を、ユックリと味わう。
これが至福なのです。
ツレのローストポークは温泉卵を乗っけて
黄身を割りまぶしながら食べるようです。
円やかさが際立ち、ポークの脂加減と相まって
とても美味いと好評でした。
初訪問のお店です。居酒屋さんが基本だと
理解していましたが、ランチ客が満足する
クオリティに感心しました。
そして、若い男性の店員さんのキビキビした
心地良い接客もあり、昼食に迷うときは
ここにすることにします。
他のメニューも、楽しみですから。
