落ち着いた感じの店で友人同士とかの飲み＆食事によさそうです。遅くまでやってるので、使い勝手はいいですね。
料理は、創作系の和食という感じで、カウンターはさらしになってます。若くて元気のいい店主がいろんな料理を繰り出してきます。いろいろ食べたい感じかな＾＾
日替わりの献立がたくさんあります。目移りするのですが、この頃は、他ではあまり見かけない料理をオーダーするようにしています。
エダマメのコロッケは、中はクリーム状でアツアツ。外は香ばしくカリッと揚がっています。ビールにもお酒にも合いそう♪
ごま豆腐で作る揚げ出汁豆腐は、ぷるるんふわふわとろりのごま豆腐♪
外はカリッと香ばしい。出汁の旨味十分です。
口に含めば、香ばしい香りとごま豆腐の風味がふわっと広がって、なんだか陶然とします。
これはゆっくりと食べたい逸品ですね。
毎日献立は変わりますから、どうしても食べたい人は、数日前に連絡が必要です。
