岩手県西和賀町にある和菓子屋さんです、コチラのお菓子をいただきました。
いただいたのはわらび餅の中にこしあんの入ったわらびまんじゅう、地元岩手県西和賀町の特産品である「西わらび」を使用したわらび粉を使用したというわらび餅はぷるぷるでとろとろ、中に入っているこしあんも優しい甘さでバランスも良いですね。香ばしいきなこ、深みのある味わいの抹茶とどちらも美味しかったです。
