日本橋高島屋の催し物に出店されていましたので、訪店です。
こちらは、岩手県一関市で1957年（昭和32年）創業のお煎餅屋さんです。
岩手県の煎餅と言えば特産品でもある『南部煎餅』でしょうが、
その『南部煎餅』に卵・マーガリン・砂糖・ピーナッツを加え焼き上げた、
クッキー風の煎餅の『名代厚焼』が代表銘菓かとは思われます。
三色せんべい 411円
上記購入品は、その厚焼煎餅と同じ製法を用いクッキー風に
焼き上げた煎餅で粒ごと入ったピーナッツ・スライスしたアーモンド・
白ごまの三種類を詰め合わせた商品です(^^)
『南部煎餅』も嫌いではありませんが、この商品の方が
甘さもしっかりと感じられて、クッキー感覚で食べられる
より美味しい商品でありまする～♪
