中尊寺、毛越寺といっしょに、近くにあった牛の博物館を見学してきた。
牛の博物館は「うし」というよりも、「ぎゅう」の博物館で
前沢牛がいかに優れた牛で、美味いかについて、よく説明されていた。
そこで、牛の炙り握りに目がとまって、
こちらにやってきた。
もちろん、牛 炙り握り (1人前 8貫 4000円)。
それに、連れが 牛 冷しゃぶ (1人前 3800円)を注文。
最初に、にんにくがほどよくきいた、炙り握りが登場。
(にんにく抜きも可能)
ひとくち食べて、唸る。
やわらかな牛肉は、ジューシーだけでなく、牛の香味がすばらしく、
前沢牛食ったどぉーと、思わず唸ってしまった。
次ぎに、冷しゃぶ。
キャベツの千切りの上に、ロースの冷しゃぶ牛がやってきた。
たれは酸味があるポン酢。
キャベツを巻いて食べるが、なかなか難しい。
とにかく、肉はやわらかく、口の中ですぐにとろける。
少々高く感じるが、
これだけの素材であれば、納得だ。
ぜひ、再訪したい。
