というわけで前沢近辺で行ってみたかったこちらのお店へ
前沢牛は１２０００円とか８０００円とかｗ
ちょっと予算オーバーなのでオーストラリア産サーロイン２５００円をチョイス
８０００円出すならオガタに行くしな
店の雰囲気は良いですね
客層もちょっとおしゃれな地元のおばさん方がいらしてました
しばらくするとレアでオーダーしたステーキが登場
最初の一口でナイフを入れますが・・
んーー^^;
切れないゾ
ナイフが切れないのか、スジが多すぎるのか
ゴリゴリ・・ゴリゴリ・・
静かな店内にのこぎりの音が鳴り響く・・(T_T)
オーストラリア産のゴリゴリ感が好きですが、これはバキバキムキムキの牛さんでしたｗ
結局最後までのこぎりのような音をたてながら肉を切り分けることに
肉をやわらかくするもう一手間があっても良いように感じました
サラダとライスと肉だけでこの値段
CPは高くないかな
