月あかりに誘われて…ドライブです( ´∀｀)
目指すは奥州市前沢区の【カフェ&レストラン ベーシック】へ♬
ずっと昔からあるレストランです。
フレンチがメインですが、リーズナブルなメニューも充実しています。
静かに食事をしたい方にぴったりのお店です。
今回久しぶりの訪問です。
昔と変わらない店内…そしてさり気ない奥さまの接客にホッとします( ´∀｀)
おすすめメニューから…
・牛ヒレステーキいちじくソース(お値段忘れましたが、だいたい2,000円くらい)
をオーダーしました。
焼き加減はミディアムレアでしょうか♬
とても柔らかいですね！
いちじくの甘さと程よい酸味、そしてプチプチっとした食感がヒレ肉の淡泊な味わいに美味しさをプラスしています(*´꒳`*)
地元名産の前沢牛じゃないけれど…とても上品な味わいでリッチな気分になります♡
その昔…こちらで待ち合わせをしていました(笑)
若かった私にとって大人の仲間入りをしたような気分にさせてくれるお店だったのです(〃ω〃)
そんな昔の出来事をふと思い出したのも、その当時と変わらない雰囲気のままだからでしょうね(о´∀`о)
いつまでも残って欲しいお店です。
