奥州市の移動中に蕎麦でも食べようと検索した結果、ヒットしたのが「嵯山」さん、初訪問となります。
入店すると店内はお洒落感がある蕎麦屋さんでしょうか。
奥の座敷に座り先ずはメガハイボールで喉を潤します。妻の視線がキツメですが。
お通しもいだ抱きながら注文したのが

そば冷麺
冷たい蕎麦は喉越しがよく、これはこれでありです。
天ぷらそば(温)
ぬるいです。汁はとても美味しいのですがぬる過ぎます。汁を一気に飲めるくらいです。
天ぷら、海老・さつまいも・かぼちゃ・しいたけ 天ぷらは普通に美味しいです。
かつ丼
美味しといっていました。
ドリンクメニューも豊富で夜に訪問したいと思いました。
