A warm farm Restaurants in Oshu, Iwate
The restaurant's name, "Mada Kita," means "We've come again" in the southern Iwate dialect, and it embodies the seven female managers' desire for customers to come and visit again. The ingredients use |
お焦げが入った御飯や数々の小鉢が有る中で、おからが絶品でした。
通常ならパサついてるおからに、豆乳を入れてシットリした食感を出しています。
味噌汁はテーブルに置いた瞬間にだしの香りがする。
御飯はお代わり出来ます。嬉しいことに茶碗に御飯が無くなるのを見計らって「お代わりどうですか??」と聞いてくれます。この配慮こそ自分の本家や親戚の家に来たときみたいな感覚。「まだ来すた」のスタンダードな接客だろう。
駐車場も広くて停めやすい。店内は思ったより席が有ります。
今回は友人の家に行った帰り道に立ち寄ったのだが、次はこの店に入る為に家を出ようと思う。
