前沢駅から数分、国道4号線沿いある肉の卸問屋が手掛ける焼肉店
焼き肉EAST百名店に21年、22年と続けて選出された人気店です
折角前沢に来たのだからと、前沢牛を食べようと食べログから検索して訪問です
★前沢牛炙り牛トロ丼@1,500円
ワカメスープとサラダの付いた定食セット
前沢牛の炙りと牛トロフレークが乗った丼です
味付けはしていませんということでしたので、わさび醤油をかけて頂きました
トロッととろける前沢肉の甘味を感じます
炙りはトロの脂の甘さを感じ、牛トロはまた違った食感を楽しめます
どちらもまるでとろけるような、といった表現が似合う味わいです
が、恐らくは焼肉で食べるのが一番なのでしょうか
その他にも前沢牛を使った焼肉メニューが多数ありました
スーツで焼肉は匂いが着きそうで嫌だったので止めましたが、これには少々後悔です
薄切り焼肉のメニューが1,200円から食べれたのでそちらにしておけはよかったかなぁ、、、
