前沢駅から少し歩いた場所にある焼肉屋さんです。イオンショッピングセンターのお隣と紹介した方が分かりやすいかもね。
前沢牛は米沢牛と並ぶ東北の2大ブランド牛。そんな前沢牛を育てている小形牧場の直営店なのです。
土曜日のランチで訪問してみました。
平日だと牛のランクを落としたお安いお手頃なランチもあるみたい。土日だと平日ランチメニューがないので、それなりのお値段ですね。ただし、前沢牛なので、このお値段はリーズナブルとも言えます。
さて、自分が注文したのは下記3点です。
前沢牛味くらべ 4100円
前沢牛入りシュウマイ 550円
生ビール 580円
前沢牛味くらべは1番人気と表記あり。
赤身、霜降り、上霜降りが各50グラムの焼肉メニューです。御飯とスープ、サラダもついてきます。
味は霜降り、上霜降りがやっぱりメチャ旨いっす。上霜降りの方が美味しいけど、普通の霜降りでも十分旨い。幸せになれる焼肉ですよ〜。
脂身と赤身のバランスが抜群でとろける旨さなのだ〜。
さすが前沢牛だね。破壊力抜群なお肉でした。また機会があれば食べたいです。
