なんでこんなにワクワクするんだろう…

テーブルしかないじゃないか(汗)
1人でも通してくれたので3人掛けテーブルを占領！
あまり広くない店内に酔客がひしめき合って賑やかでございます。
生ビール
ホルモン焼き 750円
にーちゃんが焼いてくれます。
タレは2種類。どちらもザラザラ舌触りでフルーティなタレとピリ辛ニンニクガッツーンなタレ。
ホルモンごりっごり
レバーふわっふわですわ(≧∀≦)
ニンニクガツンなタレはやはりビールが身体に溶け込んで行く仕様。凄い破壊力で翌日は人と会えないであろう。
こちとら一人旅。ニンニク臭を気にする事もなし。
そして個人的にはフルーティなタレが美味しすぎて皿まで舐めたいくらい(笑)
麦ジュースを一杯追加して
フレンチで皿のソースをパンで拭って食べるように、レバーでタレを拭って口に放り込む
くぅーこりゃ良いわ(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
この悪魔的な美味しさ。
あながち元祖というのも大袈裟ではないかもしれない。
