Dinner on the first day of my Iwate business trip was Coco's. Dinner hours were limited and unfortunately it turned out to be a chain restaurant. I decided to try the menu at Coco's that I had been interested in for a while.・Coco's Hamburg Bolognese (890 yen) As the name suggests, Hamburg is placed on top of the Bolognese, and a soft-boiled egg is also placed on top. The menu photos look delicious. Arrived in about 10 minutes. The quality of the product was quite high, and it looked almost exactly like the menu photo. When I was eating it, I realized that what I thought was the yolk of a soft-boiled egg dripping onto Hamburg was actually cheese sauce (lol) What I thought was a soft-boiled egg was actually a boiled egg (slightly half-boiled), and I cut the egg with a knife. Even when I cut it, the egg yolk didn't drip out... First, let's start with the Bolognese. The sauce and pasta go together well and it's just delicious. Next was Hamburg, which wasn't as juicy but was delicious as well. Now, as for boiled eggs, they are a bit difficult to eat. I thought the hot spring egg would have been better. However, the cheese sauce was good.
