2年程前くらいに奥州市に素晴らしいお店があるとお聞きし、気になっていた新茶家さん。
岩手の方にご同行して頂き訪問しました！
今回は春の食材を頂きたく、おまかせ20,000円のコースでお願いしました。
筍、山菜、花山椒、稚鮎など素晴らしい時期に重なりとても美味しくて大満足でした！
日本料理らしい素材の味を生かした料理はどれも素晴らしかったです！
お土産まで色々ありがとうございました！
現在カウンター席を設ける工事をされているとの事でしたので、また違う季節を狙って伺いたいと思います。
