はま寿司さんを訪問。
何でも、会社の同僚がいうには、はま寿司のラーメンが回転寿司の域を越えていると言う。
試しに、お寿司を摘まみがてら立ち寄りました。
貝節塩ラーメンをオーダー。
ストレート麺のツヤツヤな表面の綺麗な、出汁の透き通った塩ラーメンです。確かに、季節の度に色んな趣向のラーメンや蕎麦、ウドンが提供されている様子。
貝節というからに、貝の味覚がタップリ出て、それでいてスープの飲み口は磯の香り。そして後味がスッキリしています。@380円と中どんぶりで提供されるが、これはこれでお得感ありあり。
お寿司をタッチパネルでオーダー。
大トロ@150円で一貫付け。夏らしく、ホヤの握り、赤身、つぶ貝、エンガワ、金目鯛。ついつい満腹になりました。
いまは、回転せずに、タッチパネル注文のはま寿司ですが、いつの日か、回るお寿司の美味しそうな様子に、皿に手を伸ばせるようにしたいものです。
それまでは、こうやってオーダー式で頂くことやむ無し。
一日も早いコロナ退散！祈ります。
侮れない回転寿司。そしてラーメンに舌鼓みを打ち帰路に就きました。ご馳走さまでした。
