水沢地域に用事があった際
寄らせていただきました。

今回は以前試食で気になっていた
「栗蒸しようかん」と「駒かすみ」を購入！

栗蒸羊羹は栗が2種類有り
お店の若旦那さん曰く
皮付の茶色い栗羊羹が人気とのことで
そちらを選択。
ずっしりかつしつこくない羊羹の土台に
香ばしい栗のアクセントが堪りませぬ！

謎だった「駒かすみ」は
新幹線中で食しました。
例えるならしっとりした落雁を
食しているに近いですかね。

実家の本家の件で
お世話になった方が水沢在住で、
おすすめのお菓子屋さんを教えて頂きました。

入店時小腹が空いていたためバラ売りの
「蜜入りえびす」を購入！
噛んだ瞬間じゅわ～っと黒蜜＋醤油ぽい味の
蜜が口の中に広がる。
店員さんから一緒にお茶と試食も
食べて行ってと温かい言葉が！
うれしいぃ～！
遠慮無くいただきましたよ。

今回お土産として「大風呂敷（小）」を購入！
東京帰宅後食す。
餡は中に栗、緑は抹茶、
ピンク色ぽいのはくるみ餡。

こんなに上品な食べやすい餡は
初めてでするりするり飽きずに食べれる！
濃いお茶と共に至福の時を過ごす。

来月帰省時は
