中尊寺金色堂を見てこちらへ
境内の入り口付近には多くのお蕎麦屋さんなどが
ありますが、混んでいると思いこちらのお店で
食事をとることにしました
喫茶&食事処なのでティラミスとかピザなど
軽食を楽しんでいる方も多かったのですが
やっぱり自然薯蕎麦だろうって感じで注文
席に案内されてから食券を買います
暖かいのか冷たいのかを聞かれて外の寒さに
負けて暖かいので注文(笑)
自然薯は蕎麦の器とは別についてきますが
食べ方指導？は自然薯を蕎麦に入れて
食べて下さいとのこと
せいろだったら自然薯の器に出汁をいれて
つけて食べるのでしょうが、暖かい蕎麦に
ドーンと入れてかき回して自然薯を広げます
ワサビがついてきているので、これも一緒に
混ぜて食べます
出汁と自然薯にワサビの風味で食べると
美味しい蕎麦がというより一体感で美味しさを
感じさせてくれます
