旧国道から一本路地に入ったところにおしゃれ～なお店が！
黒板のメニューには魚介は三陸産、豚は二戸の佐助豚、米は前沢産、パンは毛越寺門前のきんいろパン屋さんと県産品を使ってお料理するようです。
佐助豚のローストを注文しまして、パンを選択。
お手拭のペーパーは厚手だし、お水はレモン水だし、気を使っているのが伝わってきます[+評価]
サラダはシャキシャキ、パンはふわふわ～しっとり～、そして「オリーブオイル」美味しいです！！！
オリーブオイル付けてパンを食べるのが苦手なのですが、ここのオリーブオイルは旨し♪
爽やかな風味で、油の嫌な感じがまったくないです。
メインの佐助豚のローストはナイフがついてきません、最初からカットされて出てきます。
豚のジューシーな感じとカリッとローストされた感じが絶妙*^^*
野菜のロースト（ほうれん草、オクラ、アスパラ、トマト、ラディッシュ）も添えられていて、お皿が華やかな感じです。
素材の味が生かされるよう塩味も抑えられている印象です。
友人が注文したハンバーグも味見させてもらいましたが、こちらはみちっとしたハンバーグに濃厚デミグラソースでした～
全体的に、これまた女子向けなお店の印象です。量も少ないので男性は物足りないと思います。
