城下町・金ケ崎の武家屋敷群にある古民家を利用した、スープカレーが有名なお食事処です。地元の若い人を中心に人気なので、混雑を避けて、ご利用ください。
休日のお昼11:30過ぎに伺いましたが、思った以上の混雑で、入店時のほぼ満席。
待たされること1時間で、焦って食べる羽目になりました。

そもそも、ご飯を鉄板焼きにして、スープカレーを添えているのも、珍しい手の込んだ手法ですが、更に、スープカレーに南部せんべいを入れる独自スタイルも面白いです。
パパドの代わりに、南部せんべいって事で、スープを吸って、美味しくなります。
長芋と鶏のドンブリは、冬場だと自然薯を使用するのですが、夏場なので長芋なのが残念ですが、コリコリした鶏肉が肉の旨味が強く中々に美味し！お値段も程よく、人気も納得のお味です。
時間に余裕があれば、建物なんかも眺めたのですが、熱いス―プカレーを、フーフー、ハフハウしながら食べたので、風情を感じる余裕がなかったのが残念。
店名「ecru〈エクリュ〉」とは、フランス語で 「生成」「自然のまま」の意味。
地元で愛される素敵なお店でした。
