2020年6月下旬 釜石ラーメン 550円
釜石ラーメンのれん会未訪問巡り第2弾は此方。
店は道路に面したビルの2階。肉屋直営の食堂だそう。
店内はテーブル24席、座敷8席、カウンター3席。夜は居酒屋的な雰囲気。先客は8名で皆さん一杯やっている。メニューは鉄板焼きや餃子などつまみメニューがメイン。車なので飲めないのが残念だ。
釜石ラーメンを注文すると7分ほどで丼が登場。お新香とゲソとキュウリの辛い和え物もついてくる。
スープはまろやかな醤油味が先行。出汁の旨味も不足感無く良好。豚ガラガシがメインで煮干しが少々だそうだ。
麺は釜石ラーメンお約束の極細縮れ。固めの湯で加減でシコシコと美味いが、伸びるのが早いのが難点。
具がチャーシュー、メンマ、ナルト、ネギ。チャーシューは厚めのロースが2枚。流石、肉屋の直営店だ
けあって柔らかく美味い。メンマはヤワヤワ。
2杯目なのでゆっくり完食。その分麺が伸び気味になったのが惜しかった。釜石ラーメンは元々昼休みにサッと作れてサッと食べられるよう極細麺になっているので、ゆっくり食べる方が悪かったのかもしれない。
