釜石を蕎麦の里にしたいという夢をお持ちの川㐂家さん。名物の大皿うどんの蕎麦バージョンがあったので注文してみました。大根おろし、メカブ、海老天、茄子の天ぷらなどがトッピングされてにぎやか。さっぱりしたタレでいただきます。幸せを感じる一品でした。ごちそうさまでした。
