岩手県岩泉町にある栗菓子 中松屋さん
こちらの秋冬シーズンにしか売られない栗しぼりがおすすめと聞いたので、購入してみました。
✱深山 栗しぼり
これまで、栗といえばモンブランくらいしか好きではなかったですが、ここの栗しぼりを食べてからは、ほかの栗商品も奥深いなと感じました。
栗を食べるよりも、栗の美味しさを感じられ、栗のぱさつく感じや苦み的な要素も良さとして感じられました。これぞ和菓子屋さんの技なんだなと思い知らされました。
