車で長距離移動の休憩で岩手山サービスエリアに立ち寄り。ランチに姫神サーモン丼というご当地メニューをオーダーです。番号を呼ばれ受取です。
丼は味噌汁、漬物、ひじき、ワサビがセットになっています。サーモンは漬けになっているのでそのままいただけます。臭みのないとろけるサーモンは旨味がしっかりとあり美味。岩手山の伏流水で育てたサーモンとのことで、青森の紅サーモンのような地域のブランドサーモンですね。これは美味しい。サービスエリアでこういうご当地メニュー楽しむのは旅の醍醐味ですね。どうもご馳走様でした。
