かしわ天ざるうどんが看板メニューです。 |
高松市にある人気うどん屋です。1月に香川にうどんを食べに行って、並んでいる時に話した人がすすめてくれたお店です。開店11時で1時間前に到着しましたが、さすがに並んでおらず、駐車場で待つ事に。40分ほど前より並びだしたので並ぶ事に(2番目でした)。その後どんどん人が増えて、開店30分前には、20人以上並んでました(平日ですが)。10分前に開店となり、席に通されました。かしわざるうどん900円を注文。ほとんどの客がかしわざるうどんかいか天ざるうどんを注文していました。うどんは湯掻き立てで、こしは、それほどありませんが喉ごしが良い麺です。つけだれは、少し甘みのあり麺との相性も良いです。かしわ天は5個ですが、むね肉で比較的さっぱり頂けます。平日なのにこの行列はビックリしました。
