かしわ天ざるうどんが看板メニューです。 |
香西駅から歩いたら20分くらいかな？車だったら4,5分くらい、海沿いの方に行ったところにあるうどん屋さん。
平日のランチで伺いました。
平日でもかなり並んでます。
12時半くらいにお店の前に到着すると、外には10人以上の列。店内に入ってからも10人弱は並ぶので20人くらいはいました。
天麩羅とかも人気だしオーダー取ってから作るので、普通のうどん屋さんよりは回転そんなに良くないイメージ。
20人くらいの列でも1時間くらい並びました。
ここはぶっかけとかはなくて、人気メニューはざるうどんです。
かしわ天のざるうどんか、いか天のざるうどんを注文してる人が多かった。
いか天ざるうどんをいただきました。
うどんは表面ふんわり系だけど芯の方のコシはしっかりあるタイプで美味しい。
つゆはちょい甘めだけどすっきり。味濃くないのが良いです。
あといか天のボリュームすごい。いっぱい乗ってます。イカ柔らかくて美味しかった。
お隣のかしわ天ももらったけどこれもボリュームあるし美味です。
お店の方も面白くて豪快で楽しかったです。
