「寝ても覚めてもうどん。」でおなじみのさぬき麺業のお店です。
麺業三代、八十余年。さぬきうどんの伝統の製法にこだわり、足踏みで鍛えた生地を店内で熟練の職人が手打しております。一品メニューも豊富ですので、フライトの待ち時間には、是非さぬき麺業でおくつろぎください。 |
香川から沖縄への直行便は、11時台の1本のみ。ということで、空港で早めのランチをいただいて帰ります。
３年前のゴールデンウィークは空港の１階にある「はやし家製麺所」でいただいたんですが、今回は２階にある「さぬき麺業」でいただくことにしました。
「はやし家製麺所」はセルフのお店でしたが、こちらはオーダー式になっています。その分、いろいろなメニューがある感じでしょうか。
ただし、おでんだけはセルフです。お店の中央にある鍋から、好きなものを取っていただきます。おでんは一律160円です。
僕は牛すじと玉子をいただきました。味噌ダレや辛子味噌をつけていただきます。
おでんを食べ終えた頃におうどんが出てきました。
肉ぶっかけうどん（880円）
「綿谷」でぶっかけうどんを食べて、冷たいうどんと出汁を楽しむ食べ方が気に入ったので、今回も肉ぶっかけうどんにしてみました。
綺麗に揃った麺の食感はムチムチという感じです。これもコシというのかな？この食感、嫌いじゃないです。
