今回も一鶴にやって来ました。屋島店が近かったのでこちらへ初訪問。
平日オープン前でもまるで休日かのように客が来ますねー。あっという間に満席になります。
もちろん親鶏と鳥飯は頼んでおいて、ツマミにはおや天ともつ煮込みをオーダーしました。
もつ煮込みは、生姜がとてもいい仕事してますね。ひんやりしていて臭みもなくさっぱり食べられます。酒のアテに最高ですね。
おや天は親鳥の肉がザク切りでたっぷり入ったさつま揚げ的なもの。ぷりぷりで歯応えが楽しく、これも美味しい。親鳥の食感や硬さが好きな人はぜひ。
親鳥は今回もバラしてもらいました。
鳥飯も鳥スープも相変わらず美味しい。
何回来てもクセになる美味しさですね。
