ＪＲ高松駅前のホテルクレメント高松の２階にある日本料理の店「瀬戸」。
高松の中でも、高級な和食が頂ける店の一つ。
祝いの宴席で利用。コロナ禍ということで、ごく少数での個室利用の会席コース。
部屋の雰囲気、接客ともに申し分なし。まさに高級店といえる。
瓶ビールを飲みながら、まずは先付。秋鮭といくらの霙（みぞれ）和え。秋らしい一品でイクラの食感が良い。
次にお椀は、松茸の土瓶蒸し。しっかりとした松茸が入っているが、貧乏人には松茸の良さが分からないのが残念。
御造りは、氷の器に入ってハマチ、スズキ、タイだったかな。冷たくて新鮮。
八寸は、ウニの茶碗蒸し、何かのフライなど様々なものがあり（すみません記憶が飛んでいる）、どれも一つ一つに手が込んでいて美味しさの玉手箱のような感じ。
焼き物は、伊勢海老の香焼き。身がしっかりとした伊勢海老半身を香ばしく焼いてあり、美味美味。
煮物は、コンロで瀬戸内産鰆をしゃぶしゃぶと頂く。程よい出汁をくぐらせて頂きく地物のサワラは、やっぱり美味しい。瀬戸内ならではだね。
揚物は、三豊ナスと太刀魚の亀甲餡。ナスと太刀魚をこんなに美味しく食べたのは初めて。
台の物は、鉄板の上で讃岐三畜（讃岐牛・讃岐夢豚・讃岐コーチン）を焼いて頂く。何とも贅沢な一品。当然美味しい。
お食事は、お寿司三貫（鯛、ハマチ、あなご）にうそば。ほんのちょっとだけど、もうお腹は十分膨らんでいる。
最後はデザート。
見事な会席コースでした。
なかなか、こんな高級料理は食べられないけど、何かの節目にはこんな時もあって良いね。
