鰹節の載った透明度の高い中華そば
和風ティストのあっさりりスープ。
好みです。
麺も味があって細身の喉越しの良い麺。
薄～く切られたネギと結構分厚い叉焼が和風スープにも、麺にも合うんです。
美味しいです。
