『中華そば 波@香川県高松市』で中華そば650円。
オープン50分前で先客3名という人気ぶり。
おにぎりor茹で卵が無料で写真は自分で殻を剥いた茹で卵をトッピングしたもの。
鶏ガラ・野菜ベースと思われるスープは鶏の香りと旨味の後に野菜の甘みが優しく響き渡る。ゆったりとした穏やかな味わいで飽きが来ず、また次の一口が欲しくなる。
麺は中細ストレート麺でツルモチッとした食感。スープとの相性も良好。
トッピングはねぎ・メンマ・もやし・チャーシュー。
香ばしさのある肉厚のチャーシューがたまらぬうまさ。連食でなければチャーシュー麺とおにぎりが恐らく最強タッグ。
