メニューは、中華そばのみ！
高松市西町のバッティングセンターの駐車場に出店して
た屋台の味を引き継ぎ、2001年よりオープンし、閑静な
住宅街にひっそりとありますが超人気店。
土日は、基本13時半にはスープが売り切れてしまう事が
多く、何度断れただろう＿|￣|○
中華そばの小(1玉)でもボリュームあり！
おにぎりorゆで卵もサービスでいただけるんで中華そば
中にすると個人的には1.5玉にしては量が多く2件目はし
ごは難しいとなりましたm(_ _)m
スープは「あっさり」ですが味わい深く口の中に残る余韻
が良いですね^ ^
分厚いチャーシューも美味しいですね！
常連さんは、麺「かため」や「バリカタ」と頼まれる方も
多く次回はチャレンジしてみよう！
異業種から飲食業の世界に入られ、師匠から味を継承し
