8月初旬、そろそろ暑さのピーク。
とにかく暑い！
車の外気温計は36℃を表示している！
そして繁忙期で無いのに忙しい…
この時の時刻は13:30。
まだ1軒の現場が残っており、
キリよく、その後に食事を予定していたが…
もうアカン〜 疲れた！
前倒しで塩分補給を兼ねた昼食へ…
伺ったのは、
高松市春日町『かすが町市場』さん。
平本店さんが展開している、
セルフうどん店のひとつ。
この日は、
久しぶりにかけそばを頂こう。
依頼したのは “かけそば(大)”
夏バテ予防として、
夏野菜の天ぷらを頂こうと思ったが、
全て品切れ。
絶対的安定のアジフライを頂く！
湯通しはセルフ。
蕎麦専用の場所じゃ無く、
うどんと同じ所みたいだけど…
これ、アレルギーの問題、大丈夫かな？
確認とったけど、やはり共用とのこと。
熱中症一歩手前なので、
出汁を多めに注いで完成！
かなりの極太！角の鋭さが特徴的な麺。
ボリュームあって、味は結構美味しい。
個人的には高評価出来る域ですね ♫
アジフライはまだ温かく、
〝パリッ〟としており、
食感、身質、共に結構良いもの。
エアコンがよく効いて、
清潔感のある環境での食事は快適なひととき。
調味料の入れ替と同時進行の清掃は丁寧でしたね。
会計担当のオバチャン、
親近感のあるフランクな対応に笑えた。
