When it comes to eating in Kita-cho, it's delicious! There are 240 seats in total and plenty of private rooms! It can be used for company gatherings, family celebrations, and kaiseki ceremonies for me |
美味休心 高松木太店で
昼食を食べました。
此処は遊食房屋の別邸になるようです。
遊食房屋は、うどん県香川、
隣県の愛媛県にお店を出店していて、
落ち着いた雰囲気のある
お店だと思います。
遊食御膳Bを食べました。
御膳の料理内容は、日替り一人陶板、
天麩羅盛合せ、刺身、小鉢、焼物、
酢の物、炊き合わせ、茶碗蒸し、
ご飯、香の物、味噌汁で、
ご飯が白米か五穀米から選べたので
白米を選びました。日替り一人陶板は
豚肉のはりはり鍋でした。
刺身、小鉢、焼物、酢の物、炊き合わせは
二段引き出しに入っていて、
一気に目の前に配膳される料理の
品々を見てわくわく感がありました。
美味しかったです。
先ずは刺身から食べました。
赤身と白身の盛り合わせで、
醤油に浸けてご飯と食べると
美味しかったです。
刺身を食べながら近くにある
焼物と酢の物も少しずつ食べました。
どれもしっかりとした美味しい味で、
特に焼魚が食感も味も良かったです。
それらは二段引き出しの上段にあって、
下段には炊き合わせと
小鉢類がありました。
炊き合わせの味が好みの味で
美味しかったです。にんじんと茄子は
特に美味しく思いました。小鉢は2種で、
いずれも美味しい味付けでした。
天麩羅盛り合わせは、海老、しし唐、
かぼちゃで、いい感じに
さくッと感のある揚がり具合でした。
薬味の大根おろしにおろし生姜が
添えられていたのが嬉しかったです。
天汁におろし生姜の風味が混ざり
そこへ天ぷら浸けて食べると
美味しさ倍増でした。
どれも美味しく食べれて
満足出来ましたが、
中でも一番美味しいと思ったのが
豚肉のはりはり鍋でした。
出汁の味が超好みの味で、
出汁が馴染んだ豚肉が美味しく、
長ねぎ、しめじなども美味しく
食べれました。茶碗蒸しは
少量なれどスタメン的な具が
きちんと入っていて美味しく、
ご飯も巻きふとわかめが具の味噌汁も
美味しく食べれて、
香の物は嬉しい3種でした。
良心的に思える値段設定で
この料理内容は嬉しい限りです。
美味しく食べれてとても
満足そすることが出来ました。
