《香川のうどん屋 429店舗目》
前々から気になっていた店ですが、ようやく訪問しました。
開店直後の11時35分ごろ訪問。
セルフ店ですが、中に入ると多くのお客さんが手持ち無沙汰に座っている。どうやら注文待ちのようなので空いていた大テーブル席に座って、店員さんからの声掛けを待つ。
店員さんといっても、大将一人のワンオペの模様。
一人で注文聞き、調理、会計、片付けをしているようなのでなかなか大変そうだが、麺を茹でている間に片づけをするなど、うまく時間を使って回しているのはさすがプロ。
大将からお客さんへは番号で呼ばれる。見渡すとテーブル席が1番から5番まで、大テーブル席は6番から8番までのようで、テーブル上に番号が書いてある（自分の所は醤油で隠れていてちょっと手間取った）。
入店から15分ほどで番号が呼ばれ、ぶっかけうどんを注文し、ちくわ天をチョイス。
作り置きはしないようなので、出来立てが食べられる。
たっぷりの削り節が載ってます。
麺はやや平たい太麺。コシはしっかりしてます。
これは美味しい。食べる価値ありです。
お客さんも次々来ますが、システムにちょっと戸惑っているようだ。確かにわかりずらい。
さっさと食べて、席をあけましょう。
食器は入り口わきの流しに片付けるようです。
