片原町駅より徒歩12〜15分の場所にあるうどん屋さん 手打うどん 麦蔵。
繁華街から程近く、オープン前から大行列ができている人気のうどん屋さん。2017年〜2024年うどん百名店に選出されています。
客回転にかなりの時間がかかるようで、20名程度の行列だと1時間以上はお店の前で並ぶ必要有り。メニューは非常にシンプルで食券を購入するシステムなので、並んでいる間に注文を考えておくとスムーズです。

◾かしわぶっかけ
宮崎県産の銘柄鶏を使用した鶏天が、贅沢に4個トッピングされている麦蔵さんの人気メニュー。サクサクジューシーな鶏天はそのまま食べても美味ですが、ぶっかけ出汁が染み込むことでより一層美味しさが増します。
麺はもっちりとした剛麺で、非常にコシが強く讃岐うどんならではの食感。ネギ、生姜、レモンの風味も相まって、サッパリと最後まで美味しくいただけました！
