香川・高松にある骨付鳥屋、骨付鳥 一鶴 太田店。
愚息が骨付鳥を食べたいと言うので3度目の訪問、大田店には2回目。注文セオリーがわからないうちは、愚息達は柔らかい雛鳥を頼んでましたが、回を重ねるごとに、家族全員が親鳥を選ぶようになりました。
一緒にご飯も頼むのですが、私は鳥飯（鶏の炊き込みご飯）を選択。他には何も要りません(￣∀￣;)ｴｰ
親鳥は身がしっかりしていて噛み応えがあり、噛めば噛むほどに旨味が出てきます。基本の味付けは塩胡椒で、粗挽きの黒胡椒がとてもスパイシーで美味しい。ここにビールがあ……いやいや運転手でしょ(;^ω^)
鳥飯は、鳥の炊き込みご飯に親鳥の身が混ぜ込んであり、錦糸卵と生姜の甘酢漬けが載せてあります。トリ旨み、トリ歯応え、トリ香りなメニュー構成で、美味です(￣∀￣*)
個人的にはもう1本食べたいぐらい好きなのですが、次のお楽しみのために、腹6分目で(*^ω^*)
ベタな香川の超名物ですが、それでも食べたい骨付鳥。
