香川で有名な一鶴さんへ伺いました。
オープンしてすぐにも関わらず、すでに
待ち客がいらっしゃる。
とはいえ、すぐに席に通していただ
けました。
お店の中はキレイで広々しています。
オーダーは、歯応えのあるおやどりを
選択しました。
合わせて、とりめし(スープ付)も。
料理の提供までは、20分くらいだった
と思います。
お肉は噛みごたえ最強！
すんごいです！！
硬いのですが、味わいもなんて深い
ことか！美味い！
で、辛い(✖︎)Д✖︎)▃▃▃▅
美味い、辛い！と繰り返しながら
なんとも満足度が高い！
宮崎の地鶏も好きなんですが、
このおやどりの皮のゴリゴリ感が
たまらないんです！
で、塩気がちょうど良く、こちらの
お肉は油も美味いのも特徴かと。
今回は贅沢にもとりめしをオーダー
してしまいましたが、オススメの
おにぎりが良かったか、、、
そうすればたっぷり油に浸して
食べれたのに！！
でも、このとりめしは大当たり！
スゴい美味い( •̀ω•́ )و✧ｳﾏｲ
鳥の出汁が濃い。
スープも最高(*｀ω´)b
鶏皮が少し入っている。
これが出汁の決め手でもあるのだろう。
