今回、高松に2泊する機会があり、地場系の有名ホテルの紹介で来訪。当たりでした。
実は1日目も行ったのですが、満席のため、他店に行ったのですが、イマイチの満足感。理由はやはり地元の食材や酒の美味さを全面的に売りにするかという点。
肉系の今日イチは讃岐オリーブコーチンの骨付鳥。同じくユッケも秀逸。肉質が断然違います。魚系ではわかめ酢。シンプルながら素材の質の違いが明確。
日本酒は地元の川鶴がメインで酒類が豊富。上品な淡麗辛口系が多く、一気に香川の日本酒ファンになりました。
仮に満員でも他店を探す時間があるなら並んで待てば良いと思います。ど田舎の有名うどん店でも30分以上待つのは当たり前のお土地なので堂々と並んで美味いものを頂くべきと思います
