緊急事態宣言下でアルコールなしでしたが楽しめました。
高松でお寿司屋さん予約しようと数件問い合わせしましたが、お休みしている所や予約でいっぱいの所などなかなか厳しい中ご対応頂きました。
ノンアルコールビールをオーダー。最近はアルコールなしでも逆に味を堪能できて良いと感じる位です。
先付けでイカゲソ天 揚げたて外カリ中柔らかく美味しいです。うどん屋さんでもゲソ天ありますし、山形県の次にうどん県はゲソ消費が多いのか？と考えながら頂きました。笑
クラゲ、サザエ壺焼き、タコ天、お刺身の盛り合わせ ウニを入れてくださいとお願いしました。
クラゲの酢の物 コリコリで不思議な感じ 箸休めに◯
お刺身は北海道バフンウニと瀬戸内の赤ウニ2種類です。シケで入荷が少なく前回食事の際にウニ難民なっていたので嬉しいです。海苔にのせて食べ比べ楽しく美味しく堪能しました。タコ天もいいですね。ついアルコールを欲しくなります。
早々に握りに移り、おすすめのネタをお願いしました。
生ホッキ 包丁を細かく入れてあり、食感・味ともにNICEですね！
いしかげ貝 食感の違いが面白いです。さっぱりしていてうまいです。
小肌も好きな〆加減です。刺し盛りの〆鯖も良かった。
まぐろづけ 醤油の香りが強く好きです。
しそが苦手と伝えていたのでイカは芽ネギに変更して頂きました。
フグ軽く炙って芽ネギ入れて、身がブリブリで旨し！
他お好みでさらにウニ、アワビ、穴きゅう、かんぴょうなどいろいろ食べて終了です。
瀬戸内の魚の事など教えてもらいながらの食事で楽しかったです。ホスピタリティも感じて来て良かったと思えました。
また、若い職人さんでしたがさらに成長して美味しいものを提供してくれると期待してます。
