讃岐のキン肉マンの日曜日。
本日は若き正義超人達(小中学生)の指導。
昨日の試合で惨敗を喫した中学生。
彼らが成長するためには、何か新しいことが必要と考え、練習終了後に坂道ダッシュを取り入れることにしました。
私も一緒に走りましたが全然余裕だったので、次回からは今日の３倍は走らせようと密かに考えています。
その指導終了後に食したラーメンは...
●中国料理 青山(高松市円座町940-1)
県道１２号線沿いにある中国料理店。店内はアットホームな雰囲気で落ち着けます。
お昼のランチタイム「焼きめし・ら〜めん(950円)」を注文しました。
◼️スープ
超アッサリ醤油。油分がほとんどなく、とっても優しいスープです。
◼️麺
細麺ストレート(加水率やや高め)。ツルツルの麺はとても食べやすい。
◼️チャーシュー
薄めに切られた焼豚。特筆すべき点はありませんが悪くないと思います。
◼️その他の具材
ネギ、もやしのみ。アッサリスープに余計なものは必要ありません。
◼️チャーハン
こちらはややしっとり系の焼飯。家庭的な味付けで食が進みます。
総じて美味しくいただけました。
オーナーシェフは８店舗の中華料理店で経験を積み、また中国人シェフのもとでの厳しい修行時代を経て、数え切れないほどの料理を習得してきたそうです。
本日はそのベテランシェフが作るアッサリ中華をいただきました。
