以前より気になっていたステーキハウス？『Penta5on』さん初参戦です〜⊂((・x・))⊃
いつの頃からか忘れましたが、Instagramで拝見してフォローし機会を伺っていました❗️
相方にステーキをご馳走すべく、夜の部のオープン17時に合わせて駐車場に到着です(^｡^)
当然先客ゼロ、結構奥行きのある店内で中央部のボックス席に案内されました。
Instagramでメニューはチェックしていたので、間髪入れず「リブロースのハーフポンド(225g)」を「ライス・スープ・サラダ」のセットでオーダー
予定通りサラダを先に消化後、メインのお肉にチャレンジ、リブロースはあまり実食したことはないですが、サーロインと同じロース肉だそうですね( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
フォークとナイフで切り分けて食べましたが、脂身のところが少々硬く少し食べるのにストレスを感じた以外は美味しいお肉でした。若い頃は当然1ポンドをオーダーしたでしょうが、『今はこれで充分』でした(^O^)
※余談：店員さんに聞くと、店主が映画と音楽好きで、アメリカンなレコード(ジャケット)やワーナー映画のキャラクターなど沢山飾られており、アメリカンが好きな方はこちらでも楽しめますね❣️
次はサーロインに挑戦ですね‼️
