水産加工がルーツで、えびせんべいを広く売っている志満秀さんの高松市内のお店です。 |
志満秀 高松本店は高松市今里町にあるえびせんべいのお店。創業は昭和29年(1954年)。
えびせんべい540円とクアトロえびチーズ（4袋入）540円を購入。計1080円也。
えびせんべいはサクサクとライトな食感でえびの風味が感じられる。
クアトロえびチーズはカラフルなえびせんべいに、それぞれ異なるチーズが挟まれている。
チーズの種類は以下：
①青：ゴルゴンゾーラ＆ハニー
②黄：カマンベール＆ブラックペッパー
③緑：モツァレラ＆バジル
④橙：チェダー＆パルメジャーノ
食べてみると、どれも違うチーズの味がするのは良いのだが、えびの風味が（チーズに負けて）よくわからなくなってしまっている。
たった4枚なので瞬食。お値段を考えると、少なくともこの倍の量は欲しいトコロかも。
