大人のエビチーズサンドを試しました。
創業70年のエビ煎餅老舗が手がけた新感覚のおやつです。
クアトロえびチーズ ルッソ 24袋入（4種類）3240円
見た目はマカロンのように鮮やかなせんべいで、挟んだチーズは世界の4大料理をイメージして作られています。
・フレンチ：コンソメ+トリュフ
・イタリアン：バルサミコ＋マンゴー＋ピスタチオ
・和食：しょう油＋山葵＋椎茸
・中華：ラー油+松の実＋中国山椒
どれも気になりますね。
皮の部分はサクサクと軽快な歯応えがあり、ふんわり香るえびの風味と濃厚でクリーミーなチーズの味わいが特徴です。お気に入りは中華をイメージしたえびチーズサンド。ラー油とチーズの相性が意外にも良く、ほんのり山椒の香りもあり、まさに大人のえびチーズサンドの味わいがします。ついつい次に手が伸びてしまいます。
商品名の「ルッソ」はイタリア語で贅沢を意味し、
パッケージもオシャレでかわいい。
