存在は知っていたけど、来た事のなかったお店
今回初訪問です
メニューがたくさんあり、変わり種メニューも
メニュー表のジャンル分けがよく分からず、少し見にくいです
今日はどうしても冷かけが食べたかったので、オーダー
時間がかかるとの事だったので席で待ちます
そのうちにも何人か来られて、注文して席で待っている方がたくさん
天ぷらだけを先に食べている方も
しばらくして呼ばれて、薬味を入れて着席
鬼びっくりがいました、久しぶり
天かすが油ギッシュなタイプ
少なめにします

まずは出汁
うーん、そうか、キンキンじゃないタイプね
味は少し薄めかな
うどんの麺は、エッジの立たないタイプ
ふわふわ系
そうかーそうかー
待ったので出来たてだろうなとは思うんだけど、もっとコシのある麺が私は好みかな
私が食べ終わってお店を出る時にもまだまだ待たれてる方々がいて、あまり回転が良くないのかなとは思いました
