「うどんの旅」2日目の2軒目はコチラのお店
コチラを知る切っ掛けになったのは香川県の【うどんYouTuber《ヤグタウン》】さんの動画です

なんとコチラの お店、メニューには載って無いにも関わらず、「カレーうどん」が有名な お店なんです
しかもコチラのカレーうどんは、「ハウス食品」さんからレトルトカレーとして全国販売もされてるんです
だがしかし、今回 自分が頂いたのは そんな有名なカレーうどんでは無く、ちょっとした変化球的な うどんと成ります

12時00分 現着
流石に駐車場は満車状態でしたが、タイミング良く退店される方が居られたので 出られた後 即行で空いたスペースに愛車を留めまして入店しました

お店の外に行列は無かったんですが、流石に店内には行列有り、それでも今はスタッフ不足の為、金土日祝のみの営業となってるそうなんで、それを考えれば この日は この時間帯で この混み具合ならラッキーだったと言えると思います

注文の方はと言えば、狙ってた「かまかしわバターうどん」は売切れ、夏季限定の「すだちうどん」も売切れと午後一にも関わらず売切れ商品が結構あって、お店の人気っぷりを再確認させられました
なので今回は、釜バターの亜種を頂きました

『明太釜バター(小)』
釜揚げうどんに明太子とバターを乗せて、お好みで醤油を掛けて頂くうどんです
薬味として刻み海苔と刻み葱が乗ってて黒胡椒が掛かってます
コチラにでは既に明太子とバターが麺に絡められた状態で提供されます
一緒に渡された釜玉用の出汁醤油を適量掛けて頂きました
後から思いましたが、コレ絶対 玉子合うやつ、トッピングで温玉付けたら良かった…

今回は、コレだけにしましたが、サイドメニューも色々有るし、数量限定や期間限定などの限定商品も気になるんで、タイミングが合えば再訪するお店だと思います
