予約をして訪問しました。
予約時には、
鰹タタキを注文するか尋ねられましたので、
鰹タタキ(塩)を注文しました。
調理人は大将ひとりしかいないため、事前に確認を取っているようです。
祝日前ということで店内は満席。
注文は紙に書き、店員さんに渡すスタイルです。
店内の雰囲気は良く、女将さんをはじめ従業員の方々の接客も良かったです。
鰹タタキ(塩)到着。
想像を上回る美味しさに感動。
これまで食べてきた鰹タタキとは比べ物にならないほど美味しかったです。
その他の料理もどれも美味しかったです。
香川に来た際には、また立ち寄りたいです。
