ちょいとオヤツを求めて・・・
「菓匠 柴野」さん。
牟礼の地元の古くからある和菓子屋さん。
贈答にも、手土産にも、、、はたまたオヤツにも。。。
あらゆる場面で重宝される和菓子です。
今回は、涼を求めて「みたらし団子」と「くずバー」を購入～♬
「くずバー」は冷凍で凍らせて、ヒエヒエにていただきます。
「くずバー（杏仁豆腐）」
冷凍庫で凍らせても、葛もちだからカチンコチンにはならず、しゃりしゃりプニプニ食感♬
ほんのり甘ぁ～い杏仁豆腐味(*´з`)
1本200円ほどと、お手軽なのも良いですね
夏が来たら、欲しくなる柴野さんの「くずバー」でした(*^^)v
